Volunteer role - Field Maintenance
Instructions
As a Field Maintenance volunteer, you’ll be our all-around helper on and off the field — ready to step in wherever support is needed. Tasks may include things like collecting and empying trash, helping replace garbage bags, grabbing cones, assisting a US Lacrosse rep, or even filling in as a scorekeeper.
You might spend time walking around, staying in one spot, or doing a mix of both — so come prepared for anything! This role is essential to keeping things running smoothly, and we truly appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help.
We always try to honor families’ preferred volunteer roles whenever possible, but as tournament needs evolve, we sometimes need to reassign volunteers to critical operational positions to help the weekend run smoothly.
Shift end early?
If your assigned game or task ends early and you find yourself without something to do — don’t leave. We count on all volunteers to fulfill their full, 2-hour shift and your volunteer check will be cashed if you dip out early.
Simply return to the Volunteer Check-In table and let us know you’re available — there’s always something that needs doing, and we’ll point you in the right direction.
