Co-ed Spring Box

Looking to dial up the intensity, sharpen your skills, and have a blast during the spring? Step into the box — where the game is faster, the goals come quicker, and every second counts!
This 6-week league is all about gameplay — no practices, just weekend games — giving players the perfect opportunity to rack up reps and stay sharp ahead of the outdoor field season. With quick transitions, tight spaces, and lots of touches on the ball, box lacrosse is the ultimate training ground for players looking to elevate their game.
Fast Facts About Box Lacrosse:
- Smaller goals and faster play demand precision, quick thinking, and teamwork
- Players get more ball time, which means more chances to improve
- It’s known to boost stick skills, defensive footwork, and scoring under pressure
- Many of today’s top NCAA and pro players grew up playing box
While the league is primarily boys, it is technically a co-ed league, and we encourage girls who want to challenge themselves and take their game to the next level to join— as long as they have proper box gear. It’s an exciting, high-energy environment that builds confidence, quick decision-making, and game-ready toughness.
Games are held on weekends only, so it’s a convenient way to stay active and competitive without overloading your schedule.
So whether you’re looking to build your lacrosse IQ, get extra reps, or just have some fun with friends — Box is where it’s at.

“Being a part of the finesse and physicality of box lacrosse has been a great experience for me. I feel that I have learned and improved as an overall lacrosse player. Learning to adapt in tight space while reading defenders and offensive players has been the biggest improvement in my game.”
– Paul Rabil
NLL & MLL All-Star, NCAA All-American

“If I had my choice, I would have every player under the age of 12 play box lacrosse exclusively or at least a majority of the time. The number of touches of the ball and the ability to develop better stick skills in a game of box lacrosse far surpasses what happens on a field."
– Bill Tierney
7x NCAA DI Champion, Head Coach for University of Denver
